Sequencing
Nothing is more costly than shutting down an assembly line due to a lack of production-ready materials. Our sequencing process ensures that the right part arrives at the assembly line in the right order at the right time and according to the production schedule.
Sub-Assembly
By pre-assembling parts and components, we can help reduce the number of assembly steps required on the production line.
Just-in-Time (JIT) Deliveries
Minimizing the inventory of parts and supplies on a factory floor can produce significant bottom line results. A lack of parts can be detrimental to production, but an oversupply can be just as problematic. We develop integrated systems that move materials from supply to the production line only when those materials are needed on the floor - just in time. |
