Primary Duties: The Design Engineer will: Research, develop, design and test mechanical , electrical and hydraulic components, equipment, and systems by applying engineering principles and techniques to meet new product development specifications. • Release documentation including creation of part numbers, CAD drawings (piece part, sub-assembly and assemblies), bills of materials, etc. using enterprise system such as BPCS. • Support product testing, i.e. assisting in test procedure, recording and compiling data, writing report, etc. • Responsible for technical expertise for engineering programs and initiatives. Maintenance Mechanic II

Primary Duties: The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of various manufacturing equipment such as welding equipment, robots, conveyors, mills, A/C, overhead cranes, etc. These repairs are assigned according to area of specialty. The Maintenance Mechanic II has additional responsibility for maintaining company facility; working closely with outside contractors performing work on MCFA premises; establishing and following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures; providing accurate downtime, reporting, trending and root cause analysis and countermeasures. This position also has responsibility for observing safety rules and procedures; maintaining a clean work environment; ability to work flexible work hours; and provides guidance and training to other maintenance personnel.

Minimum Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Texas Driver’s License, High school diploma or GED, and certification, license of experience in at least HVAC. Must have current applicable Texas State license plus five years prior HVAC maintenance experience.

Treasury Analyst

Primary Duties: Primary role entails managing the funding and cash management activities of the company. The Financial/Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining compliance reporting with banks/financial institutions as well as hedging compliance in accordance with FAS 133, 138 and related accounting standards. Other responsibilities include performing financial modeling of various finance calculations (i.e. Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Adjusted Present Value, and WACC) and acting as systems administrator for the company’s Treasury Management System and Cash Management System.

Minimum Requirements: Experience in treasury management, credit analysis, project finance or financial analysis using finance principles such as NPV, IRR, DCF and WACC. Experience with loan and hedging compliance reporting experience. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Knowledge in foreign exchange transactions and experience with a Treasury Management System (i.e. Treasura, SunGard, etc.). A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.

Warranty Analyst

Primary Duties: Analyze dealer warranty claims related to product and parts failures caused by defects in material and/or workmanship by using established warranty policies; Approve warranty claim payment to CAT Lift Trucks and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks and dual channel dealers; Support the warranty department by preparing procedures and warranty bulletins for dealers; Review claims from selected sources for accuracy prior to MCFA debit procedures; Conduct or participate in warranty training seminars for dealers.

Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years of lift truck product knowledge, preferably within the mechanical/engineering areas of lift truck manufacturing; Mechanical aptitude; Effective oral and written communication; Ability to travel to dealership sites within the United States.

Job Specifications: Requires 13 months to 2 years job-related experience, technical training beyond High School, working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) with some knowledge of mainframe systems. Technical, mechanical or warranty background preferred.
