Assembly
We've developed our forklift assembly process to increase productivity and improve quality, while making safety and ease of operation top priorities.

Process Control Standards
Our forklift assembly process was created to meet current production needs while taking into consideration future changes to vehicle design. Standardized workstations can be changed or modified quickly and easily to accommodate new vehicle options or features. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) show certified equipment operators how to best assemble the vehicles using appropriate methods, tools and equipment. Line operators are given a broadcast sheet, which describes the options and custom configurations requested by each customer to make sure that the customer's forklift is assembled correctly and meets or exceeds his expectations.

Torque Quality
To make sure that all fasteners are secured to engineering specification, we use calibrated torque tools during the assembly process. We also perform a 100-point quality check to ensure solid workmanship and optimum safety.

Ergonomics and Safety
MCFA management, production employees and safety and health representatives work together in teams to help incorporate ergonomics into the assembly process. They review workspace regularly and make necessary changes to improve operator comfort and safety.
