Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. And Houston Habitat For Humanity Celebrate Dedication Of Home

HOUSTON (December 08, 2011) –  Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) recently joined with Houston Habitat for Humanity to celebrate the dedication of a new home for a family in the Houston community of Milby Park. Earlier this year, a group of MCFA employees constructed the frame and roof for the Daniels family’s house.

The family was one of 12 families to celebrate the dedication of their new home with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The families also received special holiday gifts to decorate their home for the holiday season, and enjoyed an appearance from the Houston Texans’ Danieal Manning.

Houston-based manufacturer MCFA and Houston Habitat for Humanity have developed a strong partnership since MCFA’s first donation of a Cat® lift truck 4,000 lb. reach truck to the Houston Habitat for Humanity ReStore, the organization’s discounted building supply warehouse.
