Production Planning
MCFA is an industry leader in global order fulfillment because of a rare combination of capability, common sense and consistency. Our build-to-order plan, global logistics, centralized planning and supply chain support system are just a few of the strategies we've put in place over the years to streamline and strengthen our forklift manufacturing processes.

Forklift Assembly
Our forklift assembly process was created to meet current production needs while taking into consideration future changes to lift truck vehicle design. Standardized workstations can be changed or modified quickly and easily to accommodate new vehicle options or features. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) show certified heavy equipment operators how to best assemble the vehicles using appropriate methods, tools and equipment.
