Sr. Buyer Planner

Primary Duties:
  • Receives feedback from assigned suppliers with respect to material delivery timing, quantity, and past due purchase order issues.  Communicates the information to appropriate parties, and updates the MRP system with that information to ensure an uninterrupted material flows for an assigned commodity/supplier, which agrees with manufacturing demand schedule for parts.
  • Continuously surveys assigned commodities/suppliers for changes to their business model that may affect the timing of deliveries and capacity availability.  Monitor MRP to assure proper lead-time, minimum orders, lot sized, etc are maintained as well as identifying any capacity constraints.
  • Formulates strategies to monitor, publish, and provide reports to management (schedules and worksheets) to calculate departments targets for:

·         Inventory quantity levels, total cost, and exposure to obsolescence

·         Establishing global supplier quality and delivery performance indices.

·         Measuring internal data integrity across various related departments.

  • Consults with assigned “Buyer/Planner and Planner” teams and management to monitor potential supplier problems with respect to quality and delivery. Will create recovery strategy plans, and formally elevate issues to the proper level of management to accomplish problem resolution.
  • Support Production Control, Manufacturing, and Material Handling/Receiving to ensure inventory record accuracy through development of plans to resolve and prevent future recurrence.
  • Ensures that all premium freight is pre-approved to current procedure. 
  • Facilitates and coordinates Engineering Order (EO) timing with Production Control, phase out and New Product Introduction on behalf of  planners, and buyer-planners

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years recent applicable experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • APICS or CPM Certification preferred
  • Experience working in a material handling manufacturing or similar industry required.

Help Desk Technician

Primary Duties:
  • Provides support to employees by diagnosing, researching and resolving computer hardware and software related problems. 
  • Installs/updates/replaces defective hardware components and software applications. 
  • Supports daily help desk operations through phone, e-mail and ticket tracking software communication techniques. 
  • Documents status and resolution steps accurately and resolves issues in a timely fashion. 
  • Follows computer operational policies, procedures, guidelines and uses best practices when resolving problems. 
  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills. 
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 plus years help desk experience. 
  • Proficient with support of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office products. 
  • Ability to operate in a team environment and must be able to multi-task on a daily basis. 
  • Experience with Dell and HP hardware preferred. 
  • A+ Certification preferred. 
  • Level 1 network and communication troubleshooting experience required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Service Engineer

Primary Duties: ?

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years working with electrical components or equipment.  Significant experience troubleshooting or repairing electric forklift or lift trucks will substitute for education requirement.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, drafts, failure analysis, statistical analysis and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Sr. Sales Manager - National Accounts

Primary Duties:
  • Travel with sales staff to visit key accounts for key events, close sales and resolve problems learn about industry trends and competition and for staff coaching.
  • Review and delegate new account opportunities and RFQ’s. 
  • Review and approve sales contract terms and conditions and transaction pricing.  Administer sales policy.
  • Routinely review and report department and individual sales performance statistics. 
  • Key contact and sponsor for sales management software and information network tool. Ongoing enhancements to management systems are part of this responsibility.
  • Collaboration/Planning manager and department counterparts to assure good communication and most effective use all department resources.
  • Work with National Accounts Sales Support and Sales Coordinator staff  to produce the highest level of customer service, order accuracy, budget and variance control in accordance with company guidelines.

Develops databases and database applications in an agile, continuous integration environment. Primary Duties: Provides comprehensive marketing and sales performance appraisals, including industry size and trends, MCFA sales forecast, application requirements, competitive situations and countermeasures for improvement. Recommends product configuration and price structure adjustments to assist MCFA management in decisionmaking regarding the need for new or improved product marketing programs. Coordinates the gathering and analysis of Voice of the Customer input in the development of NPP Functional Specifications. Participates in Core Team activities of corresponding NPP programs for assigned products. Responds to field and dealer inquiries on productrelated issues, including pricing, specifications, applications, market trends, availability, competition, and competitive countermeasures. Identifies and develops proposals for marketcompetitive systems for application to Cat, Mitsubishi and Jungheinrich branded products, with consistency across model families.
