Service Technician

Primary Duties:
  • Proper diagnose and repair forklifts and industry related equipment
  • Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
  • Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
  • Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
  • Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
  • Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
  • Inspect electrical connections, wiring, relays, charging resistance boxes, and storage batteries, following wiring diagrams.
  • Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
  • Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
  • Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
  • Read service guides to find information needed to perform repairs and record repairs, read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required repairs, and maintenance performed. Maintain stocks of parts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Education or GED
  • Technical school, mechanical certificates, or other industry related equipment.
  • 3 or more years in related mechanical field.

Treasury Analyst

Primary Duties:
  • Perform financial modeling of financial statements, cash flow forecasting and ad-hoc finance calculations (i.e. DCF, NPV, IRR, APV, and WACC).
  • Maintain compliance reporting with banks/financial institutions as well as hedging compliance in accordance with FAS 133, 138 and related accounting standards.
  • Manage the funding and cash management activities of the company including acting as systems administrator for the company's Treasury Management System and Cash Management System.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years related work experience required.
  • Experience in commercial banking/lending, credit analysis, project finance or financial analysis using finance principles such as NPV, IRR, DCF and WACC.
  • Experience modeling financial statements and forecasting cash flow as well as experience in loan/debt compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Knowledge in foreign exchange transactions and experience with Treasury Management System (i.e. Treasura, SunGard, etc.) is preferred

Plant Supervisor

Primary Duties:
  • Supervises, trains and evaluates the production staff to ensure quality products are produced according to specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain production schedules to ensure workflow process
  • Monitors production process to ensure labor and material efficiency: makes recommendations for process/equipment changes to make improvements.
  • Assists in establishing safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to; provides safety training, conducts regular shift safety meetings and safety inspections.
  • Monitors products on a regular basis to ensure quality products are produced
  • Performs Industrial Relations function by assisting in implementing and communicating plant procedures and policies to help provide a positive working environment.
  • Provides emergency response to accidents to ensure they are handled in a safe, expedient and legal manner.
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 plus years’ previous plant fabrication and supervisory experience.                                                                              Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience required.
  • Basic production equipment knowledge required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required.
  • Ability to interpret blueprint and workflow documents

Service Engineer

Primary Duties:  

·         Provide technical support to dealer parts and service personnel, other departments within MCFA, and other MCF companies. 
·         Conducts detailed problem analysis to resolve product problems. 
·         Provides information and training to service analysts and parts analysts.
·         Monitors product health to control and help reduce warranty expense to company.    
·         Maintains problem log to recognize problems and quantify same. 
·         Communicates information regarding specific problems to MHI Service Engineering, MHI Design Engineering, and/or MCFA Engineering as situation dictates. 
·         Initiates requests for product improvement to Engineering.
·         Coordinates problem resolution with Engineering, Quality, Parts Authorization. 
·         Coordinates field problem investigation and rework.
·         Travels to dealer/customer sites to assist dealers and field personnel with problem resolution. 
·         Assist dealers with customer acceptance / satisfaction issues to help ensure future product sales.

 

Job Specifications:  

·         Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years working with electrical components or equipment.  Significant experience troubleshooting or repairing electric forklift or lift trucks will substitute for education requirement.
·         Ability to interpret engineering drawings, drafts, failure analysis, statistical analysis and manufacturing processes.
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·         Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
·         Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
·         Experience working with forklifts a plus
·         Quick learner
·         Strong troubleshooting skills
·         Excellent communication skills
