Maintenance Technician

Primary Duties:
  • Maintain and repair plant mechanical equipment and facilities to assure optimum efficiency, availability, safety and appearance.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and complete additional preventative maintenance as assigned.
  • Perform electrical repairs and installation on all plant production equipment.
  • Execute equipment inspections to ensure proper operation and safety.
  • Identify and communicate safety hazards and quality deficiencies to maintenance management.
  • Operate forklift as needed to perform job functions.
  • Enter data into maintenance software system.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling outage associated work. Supervise contractors and outside technicians performing repairs and upgrades in plant.
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in production/manufacturing environment required.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Must be able to work form ladders and elevated positions as well as confined spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Electrical knowledge or motor controls preferred.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, or reprogramming of PLC equipment preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED

Field Technician

Primary Duties:

·         Proper diagnose and repair forklifts and industry related equipment

·         Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.

·         Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.

·         Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.

·         Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.

·         Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.

·         Inspect electrical connections, wiring, relays, charging resistance boxes, and storage batteries, following wiring diagrams.

·         Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.

·         Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.

·         Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.

·         Read service guides to find information needed to perform repairs and record repairs, read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required repairs, and maintenance performed. Maintain stocks of parts.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Education or GED
  • Technical school, mechanical certificates, or other industry related equipment.
  • 3 or more years in related mechanical field.

Production Welder

Primary Duties:
  • Welds, grinds, and straightens assemblies and parts according to specifications to produce quality material to meet production requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years welding experience to include MIG welding practices and techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and trade school certificate preferred.
  • Good hand to eye coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with various electrical, hand and air tools.
  • HS Diploma or GED required

Machine Operator

Primary Duties:
  • Operates floor or bench-type machines to perform highly routine/repetitive work on standardized parts and details where setups are made and maintained by others.
  • Work positioning is of such a nature that dimensions are not difficult to maintain.
  • Work is performed under close supervision.
  • Detailed instructions and guidance is provided on operating difficulties.
  • Work is subject to process and final inspection.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year’s experience with CNC or Plasma or Laser/Burn table machines required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and to use metric measuring equipment (tape measure, scales, calipers, and micrometer) required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • HS Diploma or GED

Assembler

Primary Duties:
  • Fits and assembles components and subcomponents of forklift truck per specifications of assembly drawings and standard operating procedures. 
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years stable work history.
  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Good hand to eye coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with various electrical hand and air tools.
